Book a free call and email me a photo of it. On the call, I will tell you what it means, what deadline you are facing, and what your options are. Free, straight from the licensed agent.
The licensed agent quoting your fee is the one doing the work. Everything is handled online, securely, from wherever you are. No office visit needed. Pricing posted below, or call direct: (772) 475-0256
Every notice comes down to two things: a deadline and your options.
Here is what happens when you reach out:
The sooner you know exactly where you stand, the more options you have.
Pick a time that works for you. The call costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
Send a photo of what the IRS mailed you to probooksandtax@gmail.com before we talk, so I can look at the actual notice.
On the call, I tell you what the notice actually says, the deadline that matters, and your options. If you want it handled, you get an exact fee in writing before you say yes.
A few commitments I make to every client, in writing, before a dollar changes hands.
Fees in the open, so you know the number before you decide anything. The price you approve is the price you pay.
I pull your IRS transcripts and tell you exactly what they have on file, what you owe, and what your real options are. Applied toward your fee if you move forward.
For a Florida DOR warrant or notice. I review what the Department has on file for your business and which options fit, a payment agreement or a compromise. Florida's own power-of-attorney form, DR-835, lets an enrolled agent represent you before the Department. Applied toward your fee if you hire me for the case, and there are no other costs for the review.
Requesting removal of penalties for one tax year when you qualify. Additional years are quoted in writing.
A payment plan for balances the IRS allows without a full financial statement. Set up correctly the first time, with the terms reviewed before anything is filed.
A negotiated payment plan built on a full financial statement (Form 433) when the balance or the facts call for one.
For larger balances and multi-year situations that need a structured plan, one taxpayer, all open years.
A complete financial workup and submission for one taxpayer. More complex offers are quoted exactly before we begin. The IRS charges its own $205 application fee and requires an initial payment with most offers; those are paid by you and are not part of my fee. No one can promise the IRS will accept an offer, and I will not promise you one.
One federal individual return per unfiled year, oldest first. Business returns $750 per year. Multi-business and multi-state years are quoted in writing.
I monitor your IRS transcripts on an ongoing basis and alert you to new activity on your account.
Monthly books done right, priced by the size and volume of your business, so tax time is a review instead of an excavation.
Each fee above is the fee for the service as described. Work that goes beyond the description is quoted in writing before you commit, and any fee shown on this page is honored for at least 30 days after it appears here. IRS application fees and any required initial payments are paid by you and are not included in these fees.
A federal return and one state return for an individual or a married couple. Business returns $750, covering S corporations, partnerships, and rental owners. Self-employment, rentals, K-1s, trusts, foreign accounts, or several states carry more forms and are quoted in writing. Prior years welcome.
Federal returns for US citizens living and working overseas, plus the state return when your old state still claims you. Foreign earned income exclusion, foreign tax credit, and the separate FBAR report when your accounts need one, handled remotely from wherever you are.
For Americans abroad who are years behind on US filings: three years of returns and six years of FBAR reports, priced as one project if you qualify for the IRS streamlined program. I confirm whether you qualify and put your exact quote in writing before any work starts.
Planning all year instead of a surprise in April: estimated payments, entity and S corporation questions, and a projection before year end while there is still time to act.
One projection, one payment figure, and the instructions to pay it, in time for the deadline. Clients on Tax Advisory get this included.
Monthly bookkeeping for one business, that business's return and your personal return each year, and year-round advisory in one seat. The same person who keeps the books files the return, so nothing falls between two people.
For resolution clients once the case closes: IRS account monitoring, your individual return for the current year, and year-round advisory, so anything new gets caught early instead of becoming the next case. Business returns are quoted separately.
I am Tevin Mitchell, an Enrolled Agent in Port St. Lucie serving the Treasure Coast and clients across the country. Most of my work is helping people who owe the IRS money, have not filed in a while, or opened a letter they did not fully understand.
My job is to find out exactly where you stand and tell you the truth about it, and then handle it while keeping you informed the whole way through.
When your case is being worked, it is me working it. Your questions come to me directly, not to a support queue. That is the whole point of a practice this size.
"Because peace of mind is priceless, and that is what we deliver."
"As a business owner, one of my employees was extremely anxious about filing her taxes as a 1099 employee. I called Tevin on her behalf, and within an hour, he was able to process her return and relieve all the stress that she had! His calm demeanor and knowledge of the industry was exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Tevin!"
"Working with Pro-Books & Tax Solutions has brought peace of mind to our entire finance committee. Tevin not only helped us streamline our giving records and payroll through QuickBooks, but he also took time to explain reports in a way that made sense to our board. It's like having a CFO and bookkeeper in one."
"As a real estate investor with multiple properties, I needed someone who could keep up with income, expenses, and monthly reconciliations. Pro-Books handles it all with ease. Even my CPA was impressed with how organized everything was at tax time."
"Pro-Books took our nonprofit from spreadsheets to structure. We now have proper financial reports, reconciled accounts, and clear oversight that our donors appreciate. Tevin is dependable, ethical, and a true asset to any organization."
Every case is different. Results depend on the facts of yours.
